Topos wanted to leave a passive broker relationship behind. Frédéric Vermylen was paying premiums with no visibility over his cover. His goal: clarity, guidance and active follow-up.

Topos is a group of coworking centres based in Brussels, whose value proposition rests on the quality of the services and spaces offered to its clients.
Until then, Frédéric Vermylen had been managing his insurance through a traditional broker — one who showed little initiative when it came to follow-up or advice. The policies existed, but there was no real support: Frédéric was paying premiums without having a clear picture of what they actually covered. When he started thinking about switching, his main concern was straightforward: ending up in exactly the same situation elsewhere.
1. A clear approach from the outset: The first conversations with the Yago team were decisive. The quality of the explanations and the way the initial meeting was handled were enough to convince Frédéric to take the leap.
2. Greater clarity over his policies: Our advisers took the time to walk him through his cover and the premiums he was paying. Frédéric now knows what he is paying for and why - which allows him to approach this area of his business with far greater peace of mind.
3. More active follow-up: Unlike his previous experience, Frédéric now has an available, engaged contact who does not simply manage existing contracts on autopilot.
"My biggest fear about switching brokers was ending up with more of the same. Yago made the difference - and I couldn't be more pleased."
Frédéric Vermylen, founder of Topos
