Ring Twice is a community that connects talented people (plumbers, electricians, gardeners, babysitters…) with Belgians who need their services. They need to insure their activity, Ring Twice employees, and the platform's users all at once.
Before knocking on Yago's door, Ring Twice was insured through a bank, without using a broker. Ring Twice suffered from a lack of transparency in the management of their insurance, and the relationship was reduced to the bare minimum – a simple insurer/insured relationship.
Communication was also almost exclusively by email, and they were not kept informed of the latest updates to their file. Some communications were made only by registered letters that never reached them. They were often presented with a fait accompli.
