For Duo for a Job - supporting 4,600+ mentor-mentee pairs in Belgium - insurance jargon and dispersed policies were a real challenge. HR Manager Divine Ndahabonimana sought clarity to focus more time on the organisation's social mission.

Duo for a Job is a non-profit that runs an intergenerational and intercultural mentoring programme to support the socio-professional integration of young jobseekers with an immigrant background in Belgium.
The model is straightforward: experienced volunteer mentors are trained by the organisation to guide these young people in their job search. They share their professional networks, practical advice and knowledge of the Belgian labour market.
Since its founding in 2013, the organisation has created and supported more than 4,600 pairs across Belgium, with 614 mentors currently active. An operation of this scale calls for rigorous administrative management — not least in the area of insurance.
The biggest challenge for Duo for a Job? The technical jargon of the insurance sector, which was consuming valuable time the team would far rather have spent supporting the pairs and coordinating the mentors.
1. A smooth and transparent onboarding: The transition to the new policies went without a hitch, with clear communication at every stage.
2. Accessible expertise: The Yago team was able to break down the technical aspects of the policies, allowing Divine and her team to genuinely understand what had been taken out — without getting lost in industry jargon.
3. Centralised, responsive management: All insurance policies are now handled in one place, with a team described in three words: available, efficient and fast.
"Having an insurance broker like Yago is a genuine win-win: for the centralisation of your policies, and for efficient, responsive follow-up."
